What if I’m not at home upon delivery?Updated 9 months ago

With most common postal companies a signature is required upon delivery. In these cases, if nobody is available to accept the parcel, a courier could do the following;
- deliver the parcel at a neighbour
- attempt a delivery at a later date
- deliver the parcel at a local pickup address for you to collect

These actions vary per postal company. No worries; a courier will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know about this.

We still recommend that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address during office hours to avoid any delay, misplacement or similar issues. When you're not sure if someone will be available to accept the parcel at your home address, you can also consider using an alternative delivery address like your work address or the address of a friend or family member.
