What is your returns policy?Updated 4 months ago

Our returns policy can be summarized in the following points:


Product condition
Please be aware that we can only accept complete products that are unworn (apart from trying it on) and undamaged, including the original labels and in its original retail packaging. Additionally, the retail packaging cannot be damaged or used as a mailer box. Always ship the retail packaging within a separate mailer bag or mailer box. If these conditions are not met we hold the right to reject the returned product and send it back to the sender.

Due to safety and sanitary reasons we do not accept any returns on the face masks.


Returns period
Our returns period is thirty (30) days, starting on the day you've received your order. This means that if you'd like to return a product to us, you need to send it back within this period. Please know that the product needs to be on its way within this period, but it doesn't mean it actually has to be back with us within thirty days. If there are special circumstances causing you to exceed this period, please contact our support team first to see if we can make an exception.


Postage costs
You will have to cover the return postage costs yourself. However, if the reason for your return is that you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our support team first. In these cases, please include a photo of the issue so we can look into this more extensively.


Refunds
You will always receive your refund through the same payment method you have used to place the original order. Additionally, when (part of) an order has been placed using a gift card, you will receive a new gift card for said amount.
