What is your return process?Updated 17 days ago
Our return policy can be summarized in the following points:
How long does it take to process my return? Once our distribution center has received your return, we will always do our best to process it as quickly as possible. Depending on the volume of returns, processing can take around 5 to 10 business days.
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email from us. After the credit note is issued, it will take a few more business days for the refund to be completed. These transactions must be processed not only by us, but also by a payment provider and, of course, your bank. You will always receive your refund through the same payment method you used when placing your original order.
Return Request When you submit your return request, our support team will review your request and either approve (or in some cases, deny) it. For your information, new return requests are processed regularly on business days.
If you have created a customer account with us, you can log in and view the status of your return request. Here, you'll see statuses like 'Pending' (when you've submitted your request), 'Authorized' (when our support team has approved your request), and 'Processed and closed' (when your return has arrived with us and your refund is being processed).
Automatic Notifications When your return is processed, you will automatically receive a notification via email. Receiving this notification means that your refund process has been initiated.
Should I keep my tracking code when returning something?
Yes! Always!
In general, it’s always good to monitor the tracking of your package, especially if you want an update on the progress of your return. More importantly, in the unlikely event that a postal service loses your package, this tracking code will serve as proof.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during the return shipment.
