My suit doesn't quite fit, should I return it?Updated a year ago
Not necessarily.
If the fitting is only slightly off, chances are you can have your suit adjusted, so that returning is no longer necessary. It mostly depends on which part of the suit isn't quite fitting;
Pants
If the pants don't fit properly, you could take them to a local tailor and have them adjusted. Our design allows for a tailor to adjust the size of the pants up to 2 sizes either way (bigger or smaller), by adjusting the waistband or even the side seams. The pants can also be extended in length up to 1.5 inches / 4 centimeters. The costs of these adjustments are usually quite low.
Skirt
If the skirt doesn't fit properly, you could take it to a local tailor and have it adjusted. Our design allows for a tailor to adjust the waistband of the skirt up to 1.5 inches / 4 centimeters either way (bigger or smaller). This is fairly easily possible by adjusting the side seams and darts at the top of the skirt. The costs of these adjustments are usually quite low.
Jacket
If the jacket (or the complete suit) doesn't quite fit, it's probably better to return it. If the fitting is only slightly off, you could always take your suit to a local tailor and discuss the option of having your suit adjusted.
Of course, if you or your tailor think it cannot be done (or if you simply don't want to), you can still choose to return it. For more information, please have a look at the instructions on how to return your product.
