At OppoSuits, we strive to process and ship your order as smoothly as possible, whether you're located in the Netherlands or abroad. Below you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about shipping.

Shipping Times The delivery time of your order depends on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the Netherlands.

  • Within the Netherlands and Belgium: Delivery within 1-2 working days.
  • International: Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. For an overview of international delivery times and options, refer to our international shipping information.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany are free*, with some exceptions.
  • International Shipping Costs: Costs vary by country and weight. Check our shipping options during checkout for an exact amount.
  • *Free shipping does not apply to orders containing only one shirt, Summer Set, or accessory. A small surcharge will apply in these cases.

Track & Trace Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. With this, you can:

  • Track the progress of your package.
  • See the expected delivery date.
  • View possible delivery times, depending on the carrier.

Not Home? A signature is required upon delivery. If you're not home:

  • The package can be delivered to a neighbor.
  • The carrier will leave a card and deliver the package to a local pickup point.
  • A new delivery attempt will be made.

Weekend Deliveries

  • Saturday: Delivery is possible in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Sunday: Unfortunately, not available.

Public Holidays Our distribution center is closed on national holidays, which may affect delivery times. Please note the following days:

  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • King’s Day
  • Liberation Day
  • Ascension Day
  • Pentecost Monday
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day

Shipping to International Locations We can ship to almost every country. Please note:

  • Customs Fees: Outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Correct Website: Ensure you're using the correct country site for local shipping methods and currency.

Problems or Questions

  • Tracking Not Working: Wait 24 hours after receiving tracking information. Contact our support team if there are issues.
  • Delays: During busy periods such as holidays, delays may occur. Keep an eye on your tracking and order early.

Packaging Your order will be delivered in our signature product packaging, shipped in a neutral shipping bag or box. Deluxe Blazers are delivered in a luxury blazer cover and cardboard box.

Pre-Orders Some products may be temporarily out of stock. When selecting such a size or product, the expected shipping date will be indicated. Orders will be shipped in full once all items are available.
